How I can help
What do know about being misunderstood and not appreciated for who you are? Often when you think about who you are and how you would like to be, most people do not get you. You are not alone; many individuals are struggling to find a place where they belong. Right now, you are going through life trying to fit into places that are toxic. The experiences you are having to find an identity that represents who you are is making you insecure.
You are longing to be yourself in all relationships. You are hoping that one day people see you, get you, and accept you for who you are. If you would like to challenge yourself to believe that you are enough and that you matter, I can help you make the change that allows you to be the best version of yourself and improve relationships with your loved ones.
Empathy Mind offers therapy that is in person and online. My treatment approach is empathetic, non-judgmental, and compassionate.
